Focus on this one things for better results

Prior to becoming a coach, I spent many years as a special education teacher.

I noticed that many teachers would hone in on a child’s weakness and then have them work on that over and over and then wonder why there wasn’t much progress.

I had a different approach.

I had them work on and refine their strengths.

As they worked on their strengths, they become stronger.

They became more confident.

They become more willing to work on something that was harder.

They discovered more of what they were good at.

They lit up, and that enthusiasm was passed on to others.

They developed strengths in areas they had no idea were options to them.

It’s ok to notice an area you would like to improve in, but if you want the most improvement in your motherhood and business, focus on your strengths.

Use your strengths to grow your business and your motherhood relationships!

Curious about what your strengths are?

Here are a few questions that might help you uncover them.

1. What are you good at?
2. What do you enjoy doing?
3. What is fun/easy for you to do?
4. What do other people say you are good at?
5. What is something that you can do for hours?
6. What excites you?
7. What do you enjoy learning about?
8. If you had to talk about something spontaneously for thirty minutes, what would you talk about?
9. What is the best part of your motherhood?

Tell me below one answer to the questions above.
